Hello, 2018:
Hey everybody! We hope all of you have been enjoying the holiday season thus far! The holidays are our favorite time of year because the positivity that people exchange reminds us of the magic of Disney World.
Recently, we’ve been planning ahead for Disney Trips and Dole Whips for 2018! Here are some things for you to look forward to:
1. Complimentary Vacation Planning
Yes, you read that right – complimentary! Planning trips to Walt Disney World is our #1 hobby. We successfully assisted our first family on their very first vacation to WDW in August for their September trip.
We can help you at any point in your vacation planning – whether it be from the start or with any last minute reservations!
“But how are you different from any other vacation planner?”
We hoped that you would ask that! Our creator and writer, Shelby, was lucky enough to have spent 9 months at Disney World living there during her Disney College Program. She has all of the tips and tricks on waiting less and riding more, the best restaurants for your family, vacation discounts, and more!
We will be available at any time with any advice, pricing or reservation-making! We are happy to be involved as much or as little as you please! Tips are welcomed, but not necessary.

2. Q&A Facebook Live Events
We want to shake things up and make our blog more personable. Disney Trips and Dole Whips was created to bring magic to Disney fans at home by providing them with vacation planning advice, Disney College Program stories, and more!
In early 2018, we will be testing out Q&A Facebook Live sessions in order to provide you with a more intimate experience with us!
We will be answering FAQ about WDW vacations and the Disney College Program (and any other questions asked while broadcasting) to start! Stay tuned for dates and times!
3. Special Guest Writers’ Series
Although we are sure that you love reading our current posts, we think it may be fun to include some trusted Disney College Program friends to provide you with even more insight about WDW and the DCP!
First up, will be our good friend Austin. He is a walking Disney History textbook, especially when it comes to Epcot. Austin will be a visiting writer for a mini-series about Walt Disney World’s history and fun facts about your favorite parks and attractions.
After that, we will see how it goes. If you all love it, let us know!
4. Sharing our Trips with You (via Social Media)
We are so excited to formally announce that we will be in the parks from January 6th – 15th! With that being said, we will be making a ton of memories as we view our favorite shows and riding our favorite attractions.
We will be posting and broadcasting live as much as (tastefully) possible on our Instagram (@DisneyTripsAndDoleWhipsBlog) and Facebook page.
Although we can’t always be in the parks, we do have some friends who visit the parks quite often who may takeover our pages so they can share the magic with you! Super exciting!
